    Job Title: Electrical Engineer

    Position Summary:

    CEMP is searching for a young talented engineer to join the Technology Team while bringing in innovation, passion to win, proactivity and strong technical competences to positively impact CEMP growth strategy.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Management and improvement of all electrical design activities for new products and customized requests (from customer request to final design, including test of prototypes, if necessary).
    • Ensuring the compliance of each electrical design with flameproof requirements (temperature) and energy saving (minimum efficiency level).
    • Being the reference point for all electrical open points from the customer perspective sharing new strategies aligned with the Company vision and mission.
    • Collaboration with IT and implementation of new solutions in terms of data management (nameplates, data for documentation, data factory test).
    • Development or improvement of a new calculation tool by replacing existing tools with more appropriate and innovative ones.
    • Technical responsible of the testing room with existing team.
    • Management of witnessed test in electrical laboratory.

    Required Education / Experience / Skills:

    • Bachelor (including ITS experience) or Master Degree in Electrical Engineer or other Degree with Electrical background
    • Appreciated 1-year (or more) experience in the design of asynchronous motors with FEM analysis or equivalent calculation tools.
    • Passion about electromagnetic phenomena.
    • Experience on electric motors market (design, testing assembling).
    • Ability to create or develop calculation tools.
    • Attitude to work on project involving several function and / or external partner

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Outline drawings of electric motors standard and customized;
    • Management and improvement mechanical design activities for new products and customized requests;
    • Ensuring the compliance of each mechanical design with flameproof requirements (temperature) and energy saving;
    • Cooperate for mechanical open-points from the customer perspective sharing new strategies aligned with the Company vision and mission. Development and improvement of new mechanical projects appropriate and innovative ones;

    Required Education / Experience / Skills:

    • High school graduate mechanical designer or Training later High school graduate ITS;
    • Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawing programs (Draftsight and Solidworks or equivalent);
    • Previous experience of mechanical design in technical offices or design studios is appreciated (also STAGE);
    • Attitude for team work and participation in interdepartmental projects;
    • Curiosity in learning the motor assembly processes directly in the production lines;
    • Attitude to product quality;
    • Attitude at Problem Solving;
    • Proactivity, Organization e Creativity;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.

    Job Title: Production Supervisor & CI Leader

    Position Summary:
    CEMP is searching for a professional Production Supervisor & CI Leader to join our Manufacturing Team.
    We are looking for a brilliant and energic candidate, able to deal with all the complexity a Production Team can have while bringing
    in technical competence, enthusiasm and willingness to improve and reach higher level of performance.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Coordination and daily maintenance of the production with the aim of maximizing it, minimizing cost and maintaining high
      quality.
    • Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing
      schedules. Able to investigate, trouble-shoot and provides solutions to production issues.
    • Ensures all safety procedures are followed and metrics met.
    • Provide site leadership both in terms of supervision and development of production workers and in the implementation
      and application of the Regal Business System.
    • Support the organization in achieving SQDCG (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth) and financial objectives through
      effective application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement.
    • Primary focus is on developing and instilling a culture of Continuous Improvement while achieving year over year
      operational performance improvements.
    • Build strong partnership and partnering with functional, business and site leaders to assess current processes and identify
      process/performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
    • Measures utilizing lean concepts: Lean Conversion (5S, flow, standard work, tools/materials at point of use & visual
      management), visual factory, single (best) piece flow, replenishment systems, transactional process improvement
      techniques, defect reduction and effective daily management.
    • Achievement of defined goals with the management of a robust Regal Business System review process for selecting,
      scoping and prioritizing improvement initiatives (i.e. Policy Deployment, CI Roadmap, Kaizens, Projects and CI Talent).

    Required Education / Experience / Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering focus on production process.
    • 3+ years experience of production leader in labor intensive manufacturing industries with medium/high volume.
    • Strong teamwork and people management.
    • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles to solve problems utilizing a structured, data-driven,
      fact-based and team oriented (Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus).
    • Proven track record of successful lean transformation projects (i.e. TPM implementation, Major Kaizen Project, NVA
      reduction & workplace organization).
    • Strong communication and change management.
    • Strong results and performance orientation.
