    Major Responsibilities:

    • Management and development of a strong sales strategy to establish and lead the North Africa and Far East market.
    • Meet and exceed North Africa and Far East regional annual sales target identifying new customers, selling new business to existing accounts while growing sales and profitability.
    • Management of the assigned team helping colleagues to provide customers with professional responses while achieving defined sales and marketing plans.
    • Partnership with several internal functions such as manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, finance to ensure timely delivery of product, improve NPS and margin and evaluate new products/ideas or continuous improvement opportunities.

    Required Education / Experience / Skills:

    • At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.
    • Experience with OEM and distributors in the motor market, O&G, Chemical and Pharma is preferred.

    Job Title: Production Supervisor & CI Leader

    Position Summary:
    CEMP is searching for a professional Production Supervisor & CI Leader to join our Manufacturing Team.
    We are looking for a brilliant and energic candidate, able to deal with all the complexity a Production Team can have while bringing
    in technical competence, enthusiasm and willingness to improve and reach higher level of performance.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Coordination and daily maintenance of the production with the aim of maximizing it, minimizing cost and maintaining high
      quality.
    • Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing
      schedules. Able to investigate, trouble-shoot and provides solutions to production issues.
    • Ensures all safety procedures are followed and metrics met.
    • Provide site leadership both in terms of supervision and development of production workers and in the implementation
      and application of the Regal Business System.
    • Support the organization in achieving SQDCG (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth) and financial objectives through
      effective application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement.
    • Primary focus is on developing and instilling a culture of Continuous Improvement while achieving year over year
      operational performance improvements.
    • Build strong partnership and partnering with functional, business and site leaders to assess current processes and identify
      process/performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
    • Measures utilizing lean concepts: Lean Conversion (5S, flow, standard work, tools/materials at point of use & visual
      management), visual factory, single (best) piece flow, replenishment systems, transactional process improvement
      techniques, defect reduction and effective daily management.
    • Achievement of defined goals with the management of a robust Regal Business System review process for selecting,
      scoping and prioritizing improvement initiatives (i.e. Policy Deployment, CI Roadmap, Kaizens, Projects and CI Talent).

    Required Education / Experience / Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering focus on production process.
    • 3+ years experience of production leader in labor intensive manufacturing industries with medium/high volume.
    • Strong teamwork and people management.
    • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles to solve problems utilizing a structured, data-driven,
      fact-based and team oriented (Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus).
    • Proven track record of successful lean transformation projects (i.e. TPM implementation, Major Kaizen Project, NVA
      reduction & workplace organization).
    • Strong communication and change management.
    • Strong results and performance orientation.
